Gary Wayne Hicks, 66 years, 11 months, 26 days old, passed away on November 13, 2017 at his home.
Gary was born November 18, 1950 in Mtn. Grove, MO to Grace Lorene Hicks. Gary was raised by Ross and Grace Hicks Irby.
He was retired and had worked in Springfield with MFA Oil/Tire Company as a Manager for many years.
Gary Wayne loved the outdoors and especially loved to fish and make a garden.
Gary was preceded in death by his mother, Grace, one brother, Richard Irby, two sisters, Pat Engelhardt and Janice (Hicks) Irby.
He is survived by his father, Ross Irby, Ava, MO, brothers and sisters and their spouses, Freddy & Chris Hicks, Carolyn & Darrell Hutchison, Raymond & Leslie Irby, Yvonne & Steve Willis, Debbie & Ken Clouse, and Brenda & Jim Liniger, children, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
