Genevieve C. Misek

Genevieve C. Misek, 101, of Theodosia, MO formerly of Chicago, IL, passed away December 17, 2020 at the Gainesville Healthcare Center. She was born September 6, 1919 in Chicago, IL to Stanley and Angeline (Wiencek) Pinas.

Mrs. Misek is survived by her son, Ronald T. Misek and wife Gail of Theodosia, MO; grandchildren Edward Oskorep and wife Jessica of Summerville, SC, Kimberlee Misek and husband Matt Gibson of San Marino, CA and Jill Hand and husband Emmett of Wasola, MO; great grandchildren Haley and Emily Oskorep, Grace Gibson and Jenna and Jax Hand.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Jerry S. and daughter Barbara Misek.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Clinkingbeard Funeral Home chapel in Gainesville, MO. Burial will be 10 a.m. Friday, January 8, 2021 at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in Hillside, IL.
