With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of George Franklin (Frankie) Goodman, 56, of Gainesville, MO. He passed away Friday, July 10, 2026 at his home. Frank was born June 12, 1970, to George Dexter and Regenia Goodman.
Frankie was a 1988 Gainesville High School graduate. Out of high school, he joined the Navy. No matter how far he went, Gainesville was always his home. Frank went on to own and run his successful HVAC business, Goodman Heating & Air Conditioning, for 26 years. He enjoyed the simple life, by having coffee and long conversations every morning with his brother and son. Putting his building trade knowledge to use, he built many houses throughout his life.
Those who knew Frank, knew him as a jokester and as someone who took pride in his hard work. His greatest joy was continuing his family's legacy by cultivating the land and the family ranch. (Isaiah 65:21-23) Frank's children and grandchildren were his whole world. Truly, a cherished father, son, brother, grandfather, and friend.
He is survived by parents: George Dexter and Regenia Goodman of Ash Flat, AR; sister, Carol Newcomb (Bruce) of Springfield MO; brothers, Dee Goodman (Angie) of Gainesville MO, Stanley Goodman (Jessica) of Ash Flat AR; sons, Keith Stott (Shanarra) of Clarkridge AR, Tristan Goodman (Megan) of Gainesville MO; daughter, Jasmine Blevins (Ben-Luc) of Gainesville MO; five beloved grandchildren, Adrian, Elena, Bentley, Oakley, and Paisley also many other relatives and friends.
Family, friends, and others whose lives Frank touched, are invited to a celebration of life at Clinkingbeard Funeral Home in Gainesville, MO at 10am, Thursday, July 23, 2026. There will also be a celebration of life at the Liberty Hill Church, 177 Ridge Road, Hardy, Arkansas at 1pm on Saturday, July 25, 2026 to reminisce, grieve, and support each other.
Arrangements are under the direction of Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
