Glenna Kaye Adkins
Ava, Missouri

Glenna Kaye Adkins, 64 years, 6 months, 16 days old, passed away on June 9, 2017 at her home outside of Ava, MO with her family by her side.

Glenna was born November 24, 1952 in Hannibal, MO to Babe and Inie (Whitaker) Rouse.

Glenna was a member of the Red Hat Society and the American Legion Auxillary.

Glenna Rouse and Dan (Buck) Adkins were united in marriage on May 28, 1980 in Kinderhook, IL.


Glenna enjoyed gardening, flowers, cooking, Humming Birds and fishing with her best buddy Buck. She especially enjoyed her family, grandchildren and friends.

Glenna was preceded in death by her mother.

Glenna is survived by her husband, Dan (Buck), her father, Babe Rouse, three sons, Keith and Angie Miller, Springfield, IL, Dustin and Jennifer Miller, Hannibal, MO, and Scott and Michele Miller, Springfield, MO, eight grandchildren, Jasmine, Deven, Jade, Mercedes, Gracen, Lucus, Elise and Regan, two sisters, Sheilla Andrusejko, Hannibal, MO, Lana Link, Hannibal, MO and a host of other relatives and friends.



A Memorial service for Glenna will be Thursday, June 15 at 1:00 p.m. in the O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal, MO, with a visitation from 12:00p.m. till service time. There will be a later memorial on Tuesday, June 20th at 2:00p.m. in the Cowboy's Place Bar in Seymour, MO. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family as a love offering to help with medical expenses. Cremation services for Glenna are under the direction of Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava.
