Gregory Lee Collins, 37 years, 10 months, and 28 days old, passed to Heaven on August 15, 2015 from an accident on James River Freeway in Springfield, MO.

Greg was born September 18, 1977 in Springfield, MO to Stanley Lee and Janet Kay (Riley) Collins. He graduated from Billings High School, Billings, MO.

Greg was a resident of the Battlefield, MO community. He was raised on a farm in Marionville, MO.

He loved his music, especially hard rock. Greg composed music and was gifted at playing several different instruments. He enjoyed his xbox, socializing, and playing with his cats. Greg was a free spirited believer in Jesus.

Greg was loved dearly by his family. He will be greatly missed.

Greg was preceded in death by his grandfather's, Chester Riley and Hollis Collins, his uncles Gary Riley, Kenny Stout and Michael Collins.

Greg is survived by his parents, Stanley Lee and Janet Collins, Battlefield, MO, a daughter, Makayla Moon Wells, Republic, MO, a brother & wife, Douglas Alan & Delanna Collins, Springfield, MO, grandmothers, Katie Riley, Drury, MO and Alice Collins, Republic, MO, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Graveside services for Greg will be Sat., Aug. 22, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Blanche Cemetery, (Douglas County) Blanche, MO. Officiating will be Pastor Mark Lewis.
