Heidi Layne Strong, 15 years, 1 month, 10 days old, passed from an auto accident on July 2, 2021 in Wright County, MO.

Heidi was born May 22, 2006 in Springfield, MO to B.J. and Leigh Ann (Boyd) Strong.

Heidi was a student at the Norwood High School and had completed her 9 ^th grade. She loved sports, art, drawing, and playing softball! Heidi also loved her dog, Roxy. She was very outgoing, loving and outspoken. When she had the opportunity she would tell her friends and family that she loved them.

She was a Christian and loved attending Ava Assembly of God church where her uncle Buddy preached.

Heidi was preceded in death by her grandfather, Bill Strong.

She is survived by her mom and dad, Leigh & B.J. Strong, her sister, Alyssa and brother, J.R., her grandparents, Paul and Donna Boyd and Mike and Lana Hampton, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many many friends.

Funeral services for Heidi will be Friday, July 9, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Norwood Multi Purpose Room, 675 N. Hawk Ave., Norwood, MO 65717. Visitation will be Thursday, July 8 ^th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO. Burial will be in the Loftin Cemetery, Ava, MO off of E. Hwy. 14. Officiating will be Pastor Buddy Boyd.
