Imagene Johnson, 80 years, 11 months, 0 days old, passed away

September 15, 2017 at Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare Center with her family by her side.

Imagene was born October 15, 1936 in Camp, AR to Billy and Audrey (Langle) Burch.

Imagene was retired from working at Ava Wal-Mart and Columbia, MO Wal-Mart. She had worked there for many many years.

Imagene and Loyd Edward Johnson  were united in marriage on Nov. 22, 1958 in Mammoth Springs, AR and to this union five children were born.

Imagene was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Ava Chapter #47.

She enjoyed sewing, canning, caring for her plants, and being with all her family.

Imagene was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Loyd in 1995, and one granddaughter, Nikki Curtis in 2002.

Imagene is survived by her children, Donna Jean Heckler, Celina, OH, Edward Johnson, Ava, MO, Thomas Johnson, Verona, MO, and Dianna Neal, Ava, MO, and Billie Schuster, Tipton, MO, 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, four siblings, Hazel, Jim, Darrell, and David, and other relatives and friends.

Graveside services for Imagene will be Monday, Sept. 18, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Huffman Cemetery, Ava, MO (between B Highway & Highway 5). Officiating will be Dale Roy. Memorials may be made to Huffman Cemetery.
