Jaimie Todd Walker
Ava, MO
Jaimie Todd Walker, son of James Doyle Walker and Geraldine (Barnum) Walker was born on Nov. 18, 1963 at Waterloo, IA and passed away on August 2, 2009 at St. John's Regional Health Center, Springfield, MO at the age of 45 years.
Todd was a resident of the Ava community for a few years moving from Waterloo, IA. He worked for 20 years with the Aramark Co. at the John Deere PEC in Waterloo.
On May 3, 1986 Todd and Lisa Pieper were united in marriage in Nashua, IA and to this union two children were born. Todd loved fishing and being in the outdoors. He also enjoyed playing the guitar and was an avid Denver Bronco fan.
Todd was a Christian and had been baptized in the Lutheran Church.
Todd was preceded in death by his father, James Doyle Walker, one brother, Wade Walker and infant twin brothers. He is survived by two children, Nicole Walker, and Brandon Walker both of Waterloo, IA, his mother, Geraldine Barnum Walker, Ava, MO, one sister, Erin Ulm, West Plains, MO and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services for Todd will be Wed., August 5, 2009, 11:00 a.m. at Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO with Rev. Robert Roberts officiating. Interment will follow in the Dogwood Cemetery. Visitation is Wed. 10:00 a.m. to service time.
