Jason Lamar Burkdoll, 45 years, 3 months, and 3 days old, passed away on December 7, 2011 at his home.
Jason was born September 4, 1966 in Mansfield, MO to Johnny and Carolyn "Carrie" (Mitchusson) Burkdoll, Sr.
Jason was a lifelong resident of the Ava community. He was a graduate of Ava High School. Jason had worked in commercial construction.
He loved animals and especially horses. He enjoyed training and breaking young colts. He was a attending the Crosspoint Church.
Jason was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Lowell Burkdoll, Sr.
Jason is survived by his mother, "Carrie" Burkdoll, Squires, MO,
three sons, Austin and Alex Burkdoll of Cowetta, Oklahoma and Shane Burkdoll, Stockton, MO, a brother & wife, Johnny Jr. & Phyllis Burkdoll, Squires, MO, a sister, Joan Burkdoll, Squires, MO, special friend, Jeannie Waldrath and other relatives and friends.
Memorial services for Jason will be Monday, December 12, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. in the Crosspoint Church, Ava, MO. Officiating will be Pastor Ron Wallace. Family requests memorials to Murray Cemetery, Crosspoint Church or to the family as a love offering. Cremation services were conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava.
