Jasper Dennis Taylor, 76, Caulfield, died Sunday, May 21st, 2017 at Ozark Medical Center, West Plains.

Dennis was an electrician and farmer, and enjoyed bleugrass music and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a US Army veteran with Cold War service in Germany as an artilleryman. He was dearly loved by his many friends and family and will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents Marion Luther Taylor and Mynerva Beard-Taylor, and sister Velma Taylor.

Dennis is survived by his wife of 48 years, Susan and children Courtney Bledsoe and husband Gary, Caulfield, MO, Matt Taylor and wife Becky, Sycamore, IL, Shannon Taylor and wife Erin, Blue Springs, MO, and Cahen Taylor, Westminster, CO, and six grandchildren, Dylan Bledsoe, Morgan Bledsoe, Megan Taylor, Jimmy Taylor, Emily Taylor, and Nora Taylor. He is survived by his brother Clinton Taylor, Chillicothe, MO, sister Louise Climer and husband Ed, McClouth, KS, sister Mary Ruth Kirkland and husband Kenny, Caulfield, MO, and six nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 25th, 2017 at Bridges Creek Missionary Baptist Church (Baptist Hill), Elijah, MO and officiated by pastor David Evans. Graveside service will be held at Marshall Cemetery in Elijah, MO.
