His survivors include his mother, Kayla Phillips and father, Joseph Andrew Smith of Wasola, MO, maternal grandmother, Kathy Watson, Wasola, maternal grandfather, Daryl Phillips, Ava, MO, paternal grandparents, Brian & Tabitha Smith, Goodhope (Ava), maternal great grandpa, Ben Shelton, Squires, MO, Great Grandmother Sharon Losh, Goodhope, MO, Great Great Grandparents Sammy and Vickie Phillips, Ava, MO, Jean Losh, Goodhope, MO and Lester Golden, IL.
Graveside service is Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008, 2:00 p.m. at Owens Cemetery, Bruner, MO near Elkhead with the Bishop Lawrence Miley officiating.
