JEAN HILLHOUSE

Funeral services for Loretta Emma jean "Jean" Hillhouse, a resident of Gainesville Healthcare Center, will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 12 p.m. at Lutie True Hope General Baptist Church in Theodosia, MO with Lynn Jennings and Halbert Smith officiating.
Mrs. Hillhouse was 78 years old when she went to be with the Lord on November 27, 2016 at Baxter Regional Medical Center, Mountain Home, AR with her family by her side.

Jean was born in Protem, MO to Elijah "Lidge" and Linda (Coiner) Jennings on September 12, 1938. She was preceded in death by her husband William "Marvin" Hillhouse and three brothers Andrew, B.F. and Raymond and one sister Irene Smith.

She attended the Pentecostal Church in Protem, MO and trusted the Lord Jesus as her personal savior at an early age.

She is survived by one sister Charlene Schofield of Theodosia, MO; three brothers Glendon Jennings of Gainesville, MO, Arnold Jennings and wife Donna of Theodosia, MO, Denzil Jennings and wife Kay of Pontiac, MO; two sisters-in-law Irene Jennings and Alma Jennings of Protem, MO; also several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Burial will be in the Lutie Cemetery. The family asks that memorials be made to Lutie Cemetery or to Gideon's. Arrangements are by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
