Jeptha David Adams, 63 years, 11 months, 14 days old, passed away on September 25, 2024, at Drury, MO, in Douglas County.

David was born October 11, 1960, in Monte Vista, CO, to Jeptha Wayne and Betty Joyce (Phillips) Adams.

David graduated from Monte Vista High School and then served with the U.S. Army out of Ft. Jackson, Ft Sam Houston, and Ft. Bragg.

He had currently been working as a manager at Domino's Pizza in Mtn. Grove, MO. He enjoyed learning of ways to live off the grid.

He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew Robert Heald.

David is survived by his sister and husband, Valerie and Lawrence Heald; niece, Stephanie Johnson, and nephew, James (Christie) Heald. David was also survived by 4 great nieces and 2 great nephews and would have been a great great uncle in November. He had many cousins and friends as well.

Cremation services for David are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO. A service will be planned at a later date by the family.
