Jerry Lee Patrick, 56 years, passed away on October 8, 2013 at Cox Medical Center South, Springfield, MO.

Jerry was born November 4, 1956 in Joplin, MO to Raymond Edward Patrick and Florence Delena (Maggard) Patrick.

Jerry was a resident of the Noble community for a few years moving from Theodosia area. He was raised and lived most of his life in Carthage, MO. He worked as a roofer and had also worked at Ava/Theodosia Country Tire with his family.

Jerry was a Christian and a member of the Thornfield House of Prayer Church.

Jerry's hobbies were fishing, computers and listening to music. He enjoyed and loved his family and especially his grandchildren.

Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Raymond, his step father, Paul Evans and his sister, Ramona Pippin.


Jerry is survived by his mother, Florence Patrick Evans,Noble, MO, a daughter and husband, Felicia and Daniel Collins, three sons; Jedidiah and Zachariah Morris and Elijah Preston, six grandchildren; Hannah, Zack, Emiah, Connor, Brendan and Trinity, four siblings; Gene Patrick, Michael Patrick, Greg Patrick and Starla Masters, and other relatives and friends.


Funeral services for Jerry will be Friday, Oct. 11, 2013, 4:00 p.m. at Thornfield House of Prayer Church with burial in the House of Prayer Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 3:00 p.m. to service time in the church. Officiating will be Pastor Stan Collins. Memorials may be made to the family as a Love offering at Clinkingbeard Funeral Home or at Ava/
Theodosia Country Tire.
