Joe Daniel

Joe Daniel, 76 years and 11 months, passed away on July 5, 2025, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.

Joe was born August 5, 1948, in Gainesville, Missouri to Arthur and Eula (Watson) Daniel.

He was a Certified Diesel Mechanic and a General Contractor for many years.

On October 6, 1966, Joe and Rina Williams were united in marriage in Wasola, Missouri.

He enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, cross country trail rides and showing horses.  Joe also enjoyed working on race cars with his son, Scott.

Joe and Rina had a small farm and raised beef cattle.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents; four siblings, Garvin Daniel, Violet Stratton, Ruth Daniel, and Betty Lou Daniel.

He is survived by his wife; two children, Scott Daniel and Sheri Daniel; and a lot of extended family and friends.

Funeral services for Joe will be Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava, Missouri. Visitation will be Saturday from 1:00 PM to service time.  Burial will be in the Ava cemetery.  Officiating will be Pastor Oren Alcorn. Memorials may be made to Heart of the Hills Food Harvest.
