JOHN R. PLUSS
John R. Pluss, 85, of Wasola, MO passed away on September 13, 2015 at his residence. He was born on July 7, 1930 in Elgin, IL son of John R. Pluss Sr. and Antonia (Ertle) Pluss.
John was a resident of Elgin most his life and worked in construction doing mostly concrete work. He retired to Missouri and enjoyed life.
He is survived by his daughter Julia Phelps of Elgin, IL; his siblings Frank Pluss of Souder, MO, Betty Cooper and husband Ray of Flippin, AR, Shirley Davis and husband Bill of Riverside, CA and Charlie Pluss and wife Kathy of Spooner, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Joanne (Schultz) Pluss; one daughter Jonna Olson; and three siblings.
Graveside funeral services are Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 10 a.m. in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Arrangements are by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
