JOYCE LUCILLE (ROBBINS) OVERTURF

Joyce Lucille (Robbins) Overturf, 83, of Gainesville, MO passed away peacefully on April 14, 2014 at her residence. She was born on October 19, 1930 in Seattle, WA, the daughter of Raymond Ralph and Maxine Marcella (Halpin) Robbins.

Joyce was united in marriage to Roy Overturf on February 2, 1957 in Las Vegas, NV. He preceded her in death in September of 2012. Joyce was a housewife and a very loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Joyce is survived by her children David Huskey, Kenneth Roy Overturf of Goodhope, MO, Michael Ray Overturf of Isabella, MO, Deborah June Overturf Dodd of Isabella, MO, Mary Ann Overturf Moore of Gainesville, MO and Chief "Ed" Overturf of Gassville, AR; twelve grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and one brother Ray Robbins of Bullhead City, AZ.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Roy; and one grandchild Roy James.

Funeral services for Joyce will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 17, 2014 in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home chapel, Gainesville, MO with Jeff Alcorn officiating. Burial will follow in the Mammoth Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday afternoon from 1 p.m. to service at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
