JOYCE LAUB ROBISON
Joyce Laub Robison, 79, Gainesville, MO passed away Saturday, August 8, 2009 at her residence. She was born December 28, 1929 in Norwood, MO the daughter of Raymond and Wanda (Anderson) Wedge.
Joyce was a homemaker and spent many years employed at Baxter Lab in Mountain Home, AR. She enjoyed spending time at the senior citizen center visiting with friends and going out to eat. Joyce was also passionate about garage sales. It didn't matter if she was going to one or hosting one, she loved garage sales! Nothing seemed to make her happier than bickering over a $5 item. Her favorite times however, were those spent with family. She loved the Holidays and getting to see all the kids. Joyce was a Christian and enjoyed attending church.
She is survived by her two daughters Carol Jean Collins and husband Ronnie of Gainesville, MO, and Billie Jo Chapa of Ava, MO; eight grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Cleo Robison; and two sons Larry Ray Laub and Terry Lee Laub.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO with Bill Anderson and Dale Roberts officiating. Interment will follow in the Mammoth Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 1:00 PM to service time at the funeral home.
