KAREN LEE BELT

Karen Lee Belt, 64, of Gainesville, MO passed away on February 5, 2013 at the Gainesville Healthcare Center. She was born on March 21, 1948 in Riverside, CA to Dorothy (Burdick) and A.P. McNair.

Karen served her country as a United States Marine in 1971-72. In 1972 Karen and James Belt were united in marriage. With this union one son, William Mac was born. Karen was a resident of the Mammoth community for 34 years before moving to Mtn. Home, AR in 2006. Karen resided at the Gainesville Healthcare Center for the last 3 years. She was a member of the Mammoth Assembly of God church.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents A.P. and Dorothy McNair and her husband James Belt. She is survived by her son Bill Mac; her sister Kathleen Nussrallah; brothers Carl and Ralph McNair; and her nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 9, 2013 in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home chapel in Gainesville, MO with Bro. Gale Wooten officiating.
