Karen Christine Pusczek, 55 years, 4 months, 17 days old, passed peacefully on November 6, 2020 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO with her parents, Rosemary and Jerry by her side.

Karen was born June 19, 1965 in St. Louis, MO.

Karen was a Nurses Assistant in Nursing Homes for serveral years.

She was dedicated to caring for people. She had a heart for giving. Karen had donated her hair for Cancer and had also did care packages to soldiers in Afghanistan. Her joy was giving of herself. Karen was a Christian!

She is survived by her parents, Rosemary & Jerry Swain of Ava,  her sister, Lynn Hartzel, her cousins, Irene, Timothy, & Daniel Wobbe, aunt and uncle, Sherry & Gary Johnson, nieces, Stephanie & Jessica, other aunts, uncles, great nieces and great nephews, McKayla, Taden, Paisley, Sutton, and Saley, Godmothers, Debbie Barowski and Pam, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services for Karen will be Monday, November 9, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava, MO with burial following in the Union Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday prior to service from 1:00 p.m. to service time in the funeral home. Officiating will be Rev. Sue Clayton. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
