In loving memory of Karl J. Cox

Karl J. Cox, 54, was born October 28, 1971. He passed away peacefully in his sleep, surrounded by his family and friends, on November 13, 2025.

Karl was a very outgoing, and interesting person. Karl enjoyed fishing, working on cars, wood carving and spending time with his loved ones, laughing, joking, telling stories, and driving backroads.

Karl is survived by his wife Cassandra Cox; his 3 sons: Logan Jones, Kyle Cox, and Brayden Cox; his grandchildren Myles Cox, Ariyah , and Ledger Jones, Nevaeh, Elijah, Zamyrah Miller, Brooklynn Wilson, Emmorie, Brealynn Thompson; his sisters Jennifer Renee, Jeannette Williams; his mother Ellegene Mahoney, Josa Richards; his siblings Shannon Hill, Kendra Hill; and his added daughters Lorraine Harm, Ericka Lutz, Jaden Thompson.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 25, 2025 in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home chapel, Gainesville, MO. Arrangements are under the direction of Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
