Obituary
Karola Starliper, 82, of Theodosia, MO, formerly of Shippensburg, PA, passed away on April 11 2018 at the Gainesville Healthcare Center. She was born February 20, 1936 in Mainz, Germany, the daughter of Hugo Heil and Elizabeth Bieger.
She also lived in WW2 Germany. She was an owner of a restaurant, a seamstress, and a loving housewife and mother. She was first married to Otto Malchus, then James Linn and later married Norman Starliper who passed away in 2013.
She is survived by her children Wilhelm Malchus of Ingelheim, Germany, Ute Timme of Theodosia, MO, John Linn of Newburg, PA, and Terri Crusey of Westminster, MD; grandsons James and Dale Linn of Newburg PA, Matthew Timme of Huntsville, AL, Mannes Koeller of Germany; granddaughters Mary –Jane Adams of Bossier City, LA, Catherine A. Green of Chambersburg, PA, Sarah Malchus and Manuela Malchus of Germany; great grandchildren Victor Mizell, Charles Mizell, Madison Timme, Jake Timme, Steven Timme, Eathen Green, Clark Green.
She was preceded in death by 2 husbands, James Linn and Norman Starliper; and one daughter-in-law April Linn.
No local services are planned at this time. Cremation services are under the care and direction of Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
