Keith Russell, 52 years, 6 months, 14 days old, passed away on April 19, 2017 at his home in Mansfield .

Keith was born October 5, 1964 in Davenport, Iowa to LaVern and Sandra (Tucker) Russell.

Keith was a custodian for the Ava school district, as well as a maintenance worker for the city of Ava for many years.

Keith enjoyed fishing, hunting, and the outdoors. He especially liked spending time with his grandchildren and family. Keith was an outgoing person and never met a stranger.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents.

Keith is survived by his two children, a son, Derick Downs of Ava, and a daughter, Katy Groth and husband Jesse of Mansfield, two grandchildren, Levi and Leah Groth, a twin brother, Kevin Russell and wife Ranita of Ava, another brother, Kurt Hicks and wife Jessica of Jackson, MO, and one sister, Kelli Geeding and husband Curtis of Kevil, Kentucky as well as many other family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 23, 2017 at The Cross Point Church in Ava, with David Dodson officiating. Cremation services are being provided by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO.
