Keith Wilkerson

Ava, Missouri

Keith Allen Wilkerson, 58 years, 1 month, 21 days old, passed away on October 11, 2019 at the Autumn Oak Caring Center in Mtn. Grove, MO.

Keith was born August 20, 1961 in Houston, TX to Gerald Bane and Barbara Ruth (Brodie) Wilkerson.

Keith had worked at Roller Funeral Home in Mtn. Home, AR and also did laborer work. In Houston he had attended a Baptist Bible College in Texas.

On September 6, 1980 Keith and Juanita Smith were united in marriage at Ava, MO and were blessed with two sons, Joshua and Judah. Juanita and Keith had formerly lived in Mtn. Home, AR and Tecumseh, MO.

Keith was a Christian and had attended the Dogwood Nazarene Church. He enjoyed restoring old cars, going to the lake, woodcarving, fishing, and canoeing.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents, two sons, Joshua Elland & Judah  Jesus "JJ" Wilkerson, and one brother, Andrew Wilkerson.

He is survived by his wife, Juanita of Ava, six grandchildren, Ellon, Jeremiah, Nevaih, Aubrey, Bella, and Jasmine, one brother, Gerald Bane Wilkerson Jr. of Texas, father-in-law, Carl Smith, and sister-in-law, June Hitchcock and other relatives and friends.

Graveside services for Keith will be Thursday, Oct. 17, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Souder Cemetery, Wasola, MO.  Officiating will be E.J. Hampton. Memorials may be made to the family as a Love offering.  Services are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO.
