Kenneth David Reed the son of William Reed and Vera Mithcel Reed was born Aug. 24, 1952 in Davenport, Iowa and departed this life Jan. 20, 2011 at the age of 58 years 4 months and 26 days.
David was a life long resident of the Ava area. He was employed as a fork
lift operator at a saw mill. David enjoyed hunting and fishing and being outside.
In l978 David and Gertie Johnson were united in marriage in Ava, MO
This union was bless with three daughters.
David was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Janice Estabrook. He is survived by three daughters, Misty Sharp, Mansfield, MO, Sonya McGowan, Macomb, MO, Jennifer Reed, West Plains, MO, one stepdaughter, Brand Scott Engelhardt, Ava, MO, one brother, Don Reed, West Plains, MO, one sister, Janell Mische , Ava, Mo, the mother of his children, Gertie Willis, Macomb, MO and a host of other relatives and friends.
Cremation services are under the direction of Clinkingbard Funeral Home, Ava, MO. A memorial service will be Sat., Jan. 29, 2011, 2:00 p.m. at the Faith Rock Church, Ava, MO.
