Kenneth "Richard" Soverns

Kenneth "Richard" Soverns,  72 years old, passed away on January 7, 2024 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.

Kenneth was born August 23, 1951 in Kansas City, Kansas to Albert Soverns and Juanita Soverns nee Bickell.

Although Kenneth never graduated high school, he enjoyed challenging his intellect by working with his hands. He worked with his uncle while doing a construction contract and learned to do masonry work too. He also worked in an agricultural position as well.

Kenneth and Marry Soverns were united in marriage on April 15, 1985 at  Osage Cafe in Kansas City, Kansas.

Kenneth enjoyed fixing anything with a motor  and talking about cars that he use to fix up. He enjoyed going fast whether it was in a car or a motorcycle.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; Albert and Juanita; brothers,Harry, William "Bill", Randy, and Allan.

Kenneth is survived by wife, Marry; son, Anthony; daughters, Marta, and Alaisha; brothers, Frank and Donald; sisters, Shirly, Pat, Anna, and Mildred.

A celebration of life of Richard will be held at a later date.  Cremation services are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Homes, Inc. Ava, Missouri.
