LaVila Ann, 64 years passed away on August 13, 2014 in her home in Springfield, MO.
Annie was born April 25, 1950 in St. Luke's Hospital in Davenport, Iowa to Alfred Daniel and Betty (Johnson) Coonts. Annie graduated from Ava High School in Ava, MO.
Annie was a resident of Springfield, MO and retired from working approximately 30 years at Syntex Chemical Pharmaceutical Co. in Springfield. Annie enjoyed caretaking her pet cats.
Annie was preceded in death by her father, Alfred Daniel "Dan" and her brother, Mark Coonts.
She is survived by her loving mother, Betty Coonts of Ava, MO, niece, Brandy Coonts and nephew, Brandon Coonts both of Cabool, MO and Uncle & Aunt, Delbert & Edith Johnson of Germany, Aunts, Geneva Heinlein, Ava, MO, Kaye Pfister, Branson, MO, Corrine Bell, Mtn. Grove, MO, and Nadine Crisp, Seymour, MO and other relatives and friends.
Graveside Services for Annie are Friday, August 15, 2014, 2:00 p.m. at the Brushyknob Cemetery east of Ava with Pastor Gary Moore officiating.
Services are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO.
Memorials may be made to Brushyknob Cemetery.
