Larry Patrick Phillips

Lawrence "Larry" Patrick Phillips, 64 years, 4 months, 12 days old, passed away on October 24, 2018 at Specialty Hospital in Springfield, MO with his wife, Pam by his side.

Larry was born June 12, 1954 in Mountain View, MO to George Howard Phillips, Sr.   and Florence (Binner) Phillips.

Larry worked as a carpenter before he was disabled in 1984.

On Feb. 14, 1991 Larry and Pam Moody were united in marriage at Basher Church in Ava, Missouri by Rev. Humbyrd.

Larry was a Christian and a member of Victory Tabernacle Ministries in Mtn. Grove, MO. He enjoyed playing cards and bingo. Most of all he loved going to church with Pam.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Mary Phillips and Rose Jones.

Larry is survived by his wife, Pam of Mtn. Grove, MO, one step son, Joshua Loper of Newsport, VA, three brothers, "Junior" Phillips and Donald Phillips both of Ava, MO, Wallace McCarthy, OK, two sisters, Charlotte Schifferle, East Pembroke, NY and Tessie Miller of OK, and other relatives and friends.

Cremation services for Larry are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO. Memorials may be made to the family to help on funeral expenses. Memorial service by the family will be Saturday October 27th at 11:00 am at Victory Tabernacle Ministries, 1136 N Park Ave Mountain Grove, Mo.
