LeeRoy Reed II was born June 12, 1967, in Modesto California to LeeRoy and Gwen (Stubbs) Reed. He died June 14, with his family by his side, after a short battle with cancer.
Roy grew up in Waterford California. He lived in several states before making Missouri his home in 1993.
Roy worked as a builder since 1986. He took great pride in his work.
Roy went in big with everything he did. His motto was go big or go home. He had a passion for playing softball, racing and raising show birds.
Roy was a member and Trustee at the Goodhope General Baptist Church. He had a desire and passion for witnessing and seeing others give their lives to Jesus Christ.
Roy's life revolved around his family. He enjoyed playing games, telling stories and especially Sunday dinners with his family.
Roy was proceeded in death by his paternal grandparents John and Pearl Reed and Pauline Williams. Maternal grandparents Elizabeth and Virgil Simmons and Howard Stubbs.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda

Grandchildren Railey and Claire Stillings, Braxton Swearengin, Peyton and Riley Fisher, Natalie, Preston, and Carter Jenkins, and Johnse Reed and 3 more on the way.
His parents LeeRoy and Gwen Reed, Seymour, In-laws Merle and Darlene Davis, Ava. 1 sister Regina and Rex Cole Waterford, California 2 nieces Camille and Jian Salcedo, Modesto, California and Carah Cole, Waterford, California and a host of family and friends.
Funeral services for Roy will be Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO with burial in the Goodhope Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Officiating will be Pastor David Welsh. Memorials may be made to White River Youth Camp or Goodhope Fire Dept.
