Linda Marie Haughton, 69, of Theodosia, MO passed away on September 17, 2021 at her residence. She was born September 10, 1952 in Van Nuys, CA to Ival and Margaret Francis (Dewhurst) Upton.

Linda grew up and spent most of her life in California. On February 16, 1985 she was united in marriage to Jeffrey Haughton in Las Vegas, NV. The couple moved to the Ozarks in 2006 and made their home in Theodosia, MO. Linda went to work for Boyd Garrison Enterprises, working at the DX Station in Theodosia, where she got to know everyone in town. Linda never met a stranger and loved getting to know all the loyal patrons of the store. She was loved and will be greatly missed by her family and all those who were blessed to know her.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ival and Margaret Upton. She is survived by her husband Jeffrey Haughton of the home in Theodosia; her daughters Terri Lynn Carlson and husband Jeffrey of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Jennifer Ham and husband Aaron of North Pole, Alaska; stepchildren Suzzanne Palmer and husband Joe, Daniel Haughton and wife Maria; grandchildren Cody, Wyatt, Matthew, Logan and Kaitlyn; step grandchildren Kyle, Tyler, Haley, Corinna, Elijah, Isaac, and Sophia; one great grandchild Jackson; and one sister Susan Dayton and husband Hugh of Sacramento, CA.

A Graveside funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 28, 2021 in the Lutie Cemetery, Theodosia, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital. Arrangements are under the direction of Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
