Mark Allen Chance,   54 years, 3 months, 12 days old, passed away on  September 8, 2022 in Ava, MO.

Mark was born May 26, 1968 in Springfield, MO to Marvin Lee and Barbara (Morisset) Chance.

Mark had worked at Tyler Pipe then he worked at Kraft out of Springfield, MO until he was disabled from an injury at work.

He loved being outdoors! Mark was a race car driver for about 6 years and drove the cars that his dad had built. Mark enjoyed cattle, hunting, fishing and loved to visit with people! He was a Christian and loved to watch Bible stories on the History Channel.

Mark was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Lee in 2009 and his grandmother, Dessie Miller.

He is survived by his two sons,Colton Lee Chance and Todd Allen Chance; his mother, Barbara Chance; his sister, Sheryl Chance; three grandchildren, Kaelyn, Josie, and Ruby; a nephew, Travis Wells; uncle Larry Chance & Debbie; other relatives and friends.

Cremation services are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO per Mark's request.  A celebration of Mark's life will be announced at a later date.
