Mary Lou Alexander, 81, of Pontiac, MO passed away on June 23, 2015 at her home with family by her side. She was born on March 19, 1934 in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of James "Bill" and Fran K. (Smith) Gregory.
On October 25, 1970 Mary was united in marriage to Thomas Alexander. She was a homemaker and a very loving wife and mother. Mary was also very involved with the Pontiac Volunteer Fire Department.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Alexander of the home; five children: Greg Rethmeyer, Christina Monroe, Michael Rethmeyer, David Rethmeyer, Douglas Rethmeyer; and two step children: Mark Alexander and Matthew Alexander. She was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Fran Gregory.
Graveside services for Mary will be Friday, June 26, 2015, 10:30 A.M. in the Pontiac Cemetery, Pontiac, MO.
