Mary Lynn Baten

Mary Lynn Baten went to be with the Lord on April 16th, 2016 at Baxter Medical Center, Mt. Home, Arkansas with her husband by her side.
Mary Lynn, was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on October 5th, 1949.

She and her husband retired to Gainesville, Missouri in 2007.
She enjoyed being with her family, pets and friends. You could always see her adoring dog Daisy, who was always by her side. Mary Lynn enjoyed quilting, and her ladies bible study. She was a member of Frontier Baptist Church, where she was instrumental in helping wherever she was needed.

Mary Lynn was preceded in death by her mother, Jennie Washington and father-in-law Robert F. Baten.

Mary Lynn is survived by her husband, Robert "Steve" Baten, Gainesville Missouri, one son Trey Burlson (Kathlien), of Willis, Texas. Her father James Washington (Miss Billie) of Shreveport, Louisiana, and a sister Paula Feldman (Noble) of Austin, Texas, and mother-in-law Anita Baten of Shreveport, Louisiana.

Visitation is being held on Wednesday, April 20th from 5 to 6 at Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, Missouri. Funeral Services, Thursday, April 21st , at 2 PM; is being officiated by Bro. Bruce DeWeese at Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, Missouri..
Food for family and friends is being provided at Frontier Baptist church immediately following the graveside service.

Memorials may be made to Frontier Baptist Church in lieu of flowers.
