Mary Sue Swadley, 73 years, 1 months, and 9 days old, passed to Heaven on April 29, 2015 at her home with her family by her side.
Mary was born March 20, 1942 in Bradleyville, MO to Albert and Goldie Smith. On February 19, 1959, Mary Smith and Raymond Swadley were united in marriage in Bradleyville, Mo and to this union four children were born.
She was a Christian and a member Bradleyville Church of the Nazarene.
She enjoyed raising cows, quilting and collecting bird figurines. She really loved spending time with family and playing with the grandkids and great-grandkids.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, one infant son, Jimmy Ray Swadley, one son-in-law, Kerry Menter, one brother, Garland Smith and one brother-in-law, Orren Swadley.
Mary is survived by her husband, two sons, Steven and Heidi, Allen and Tammi, one daughter, Sandra Menter, fifteen grandkids, thirteen great-grandkids, two sisters, Lavern Swadley and Teddie Coulter, one brother, Bert Smith, one sister-in-law, Beverly Smith and a host of other relatives and friends.
Graveside funeral services for Mary will be Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. in the Blair Ridge Cemetery, Rueter, MO. Officiating will be Pastor Vernon Fuller.
Memorials may be made to the family as a love offering.
