Melissa Ann Huff, 45 years years, 9 months, 14 days old, passed away on August 30, 2016 at her home in Ava, MO.
Melissa was born November 16, 1970 in Kansas City, MO to Michael Huff and Sherry Maddux.
Melissa enjoyed music, volleyball and cheerleading in high school. She also enjoyed cooking, reading and being outdoors. She loved spending time with her children and family.
Melissa was preceded in death by her mother, her son, Jordan Huff, her daughter, Makayla Marie Diel, her sister, Michelle Huff, her brother, Gabe Huff and her aunt, Vicki Givens.
Melissa is survived by her father, two children, Lacy Diel and Dominic Thayer, one sister, Jennifer and Luke Harms, four uncles, Cecil and Sonja Huff, Rick Huff, Greg Huff and Terry and Donna Huff, her grandparents, Junior and Marie Huff and a host of other relatives and friends.
Graveside services for Melissa will be Friday, September 2, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Spring Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, September 2, 2016 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO. Burial will be in the Spring Creek cemetery. Officiating will be Pastor Robert Roberts. Memorials may be made to the Spring Creek Cemetery.
