Michael Dean Cole, 45, Theodosia, MO, passed away on August 21, 2010 at his residence. He was born on October 2, 1964 in Waterford, CA, the son of John Marion and Versie (Blanton) Cole.

Michael was a very special person. He was a kind hearted, sweet, and loving man who never met a stranger. If he met you just once, he never forgot your face. Michael loved children and loved watching TV. Some of his favorite shows were "Mash", "Bonanza", and "Days of our Lives". His favorite NASCAR driver was Jeff Gordon. Michael enjoyed playing with Janice's two dogs "Sarah" and "Britches". He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Michael is survived by three brothers James Cole and wife Faye of Virginia, Arkie Cole and wife Joan of Springfield, MO, David Cole and wife Nancy of Theodosia, MO; two sisters Joyce Miller and husband E.F. of Theodosia, MO, Janice Miller and husband Basil of Theodosia, MO; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents John and Versie Cole; one sister Lou Edna; and three brothers John Jr., Danny, and Jerry Cole.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at the Salem General Baptist Church in Ocie, MO with Doyle Turner officiating. Interment will be in the Cole Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday morning from 9am to service time at the church.
