Nell Early

Nell Muriel Early, 85 years, 9 months, 21 days old, passed away on August 22, 2016 at Cox Medical Center South, Springfield, MO.

Nell was born October 31, 1930 in Ava, MO to Herbert and Nancy (Carpenter) Huffman.

She was retired from working at Zenith Corp. in Springfield, MO. She had also worked in Kansas City area.

Nell and Thomas Early were united in marriage in 1980. He preceded in death in 1994.

Nell was a Christian. She loved animals. Nell also loved her family and enjoyed personally her time with them. Her heart was big and when her family had hardships, she was there! She also loved her great grandchildren very much.

Nell was preceded in death by her parents, an infant daughter, Joyce Carolyn, her husband, Thomas Early, and a brother, Herbert Lee Huffman.

Nell is survived by her two children; Linda Moore, Mansfield, MO, and Craig & Rita Brown, Nixa, MO and five grandchildren, Courtnie Glenn, Samantha Brown & Red, Kristina & Mark Ray, Beth Ann Spencer, and James Tucker,seven great grandchildren, Kayla, Austin, Kadence, Kenzlee, Colby, Averly, and Madelyn, and a host of other relatives and friends.


Graveside services for Nell will be Friday, Aug. 26, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Huffman Cemetery (Pansy/Goodhope community). Visitation will be Friday, Aug. 26th at 12:00 (NOON) to 1:00 p.m. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO. Officiating will be Pastor Chris Simmons.
