Nina Jean Conrad, 74 years, passed to heaven on April 14, 2013 at Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare, Ava, MO from a long illness.
Nina was born July 11, 1938 in Azusa, CA to Bernie Marvin and Mahala Elizabeth (Plumb) Miller.
Nina Jean was a resident of the Ava community for the past five years moving from Springfield, MO. In 1956 Nina Jean and Raymond Conrad were united in marriage at the Murray Church in Squires, MO. She was a housewife and a Christian. She was a member of the Mt. Calvary Pentecost Church in Springfield, MO.
Nina Jean enjoyed cooking, quilting and loving and caring for her grandchildren.
Nina was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Raymond in 1977 and one sister, Evelyn Inboden.
Nina is survived by one son, Jerry Conrad, two grandsons, Jeremy & Michael Conrad, four great granchildren, three sisters, Connie Sue Miller, Squires, MO, Wanda Turner, Peoria, IL and Joyce Twitty, Squires, MO, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Cremation services for Nina are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO. Memorials may be made to the family as a Love offering.
