PALMER DEAN HIGH
Palmer Dean High, 85, West Plains, MO, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2009 at NHC Nursing Home in West Plains, MO. He was born March 7, 1924 in Wilhoit, MO to Tom and Plesa (McCullough) High.
Mr. High spent many years as a truck driver.
He is survived by his wife Sluida High of West Plains, MO; four children Pamela Johnson of Flippin, AR; Delmar High of Kansas City; Redina Burge of Kansas City, MO; and Marylyn Dieter of West Plains, MO; five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter Delores Shelton; five sisters; and five brothers.
A Graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 11, 2009 in the Loftis Cemetery.
