PAT LONG

Pat Long passed away Tuesday night, January 15, 2008 at her daughter's residence in Springfield, Missouri. She was 69 years, 10 months, and 26 days old. Pat was born on February 19, 1938 in Riverside, California to Bert Stewart and Barbara (Eslick) Stewart. On January 23, 1957 Pat and Hurble Long were married in Mountain Home, Arkansas. On June 9, 2001, Hurble passed away and Pat moved from Ozark County to Springfield to live with her daughter Shana.
Pat is survived by her children Jim Long and wife Sissy of Midway, Arkansas, David Long of Springfield, Missouri, Stephen Long and wife Wanda of Gainesville, Missouri, and Shana Zahn and husband Eric of Springfield, Missouri; 9 grandchildren Jodi Price and husband Jeff of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Joshua Long and wife Brandi of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Michelle Williams and husband Jess of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Stephen Port Long of Springfield, Missouri, Juanita McClure and husband Rob of Gainesville, Missouri, Mandy Zahn and fiance' Zach Miller of Fair Grove, Missouri, Krista Miller and husband Ben of Springfield, Missouri, Karl Zahn of Springfield, Missouri, and Kendra Zahn of Springfield, Missouri; 12 great grandchildren.
Also survived by her sister Sandy Schofield and husband Kermit of Theodosia, Missouri; brothers Carl Stewart and wife Margaret of Applegate, Oregon and Dale Stewart and wife Sharon of Utah.
Preceded in death by her parents Bert and Barbara Stewart, husband Hurble Long, brother Paul Stewart and grandson James Daniel Long
Funeral Services will Friday, January 18, 2008, 2:00 PM, at Clinkingbeard Funeral Home in Gainesville, Missouri, with Doug Irwin officiating. Burial will follow at Hart Cemetery.
