Patricia Louise Culbreth, 61 years, passed to heaven on September 10, 2010 at her home in Springfield, MO.

Patti was born August 18, 1949 in Woodward, OK to Harold and Violet (Charmasson) Coombes.

Patti was a resident of Springfield, MO. She grew up in Ava, MO. On June 30, 1966 Patti and Ronald "Ronny" Dean Durham were united in marriage in Waynesville, MO and to this union three children were born. He preceded her in death.

On May 12, 2007 Patti and Cecil Culbreth were united in marriage in Springfield, MO.


She was a woman of God and a member of Evangel Temple Christian Center in Springfield. She worked as Coordinator of His Story Ministries. Patti had a passion for ministry and mentoring other women. She was the National Coordinator for Women's Prayer Force.

Patti loved and adored her family. She delighted in being "Grammie". She had a servant's heart and the gift of hospitality.

Patti was preceded in death by her parents, Harold H. Coombes, Violet "Vi" & Bob Woods, her husband, Ronny Durham, a brother, Jim Coombes and a sister, Sonya Kay Hesterly.


Patti is survived by her husband, Cecil Culbreth, three children & their spouses, Robert "Robby" & Sandy Durham, Nixa, MO, Jerry & Kim Durham, Tampa, FL and Angela & Todd Hughes, Springfield, MO, three step children & their spouses, Laura & Todd Burrow, Sherwood, AR, Suzanne & Bryan King, Cabot, AR and Wayne & Michelle Culbreth, Cordova, TN, 13 grandchildren, Brandon, Kyanni, Micah, Austyn, Samantha, Jordyn,Tanner,T.J., Lukas, Austin, Madeline, Eli and Bentley, a sister, Brenda Coombes Garrett & husband, Rod, Springfield, MO, brother-in-law, Larry Hesterly, mother-in-law, Arlene Durham, three-brothers-in-law & their spouses, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.


Funeral services for Patti will be Wednesday, 1:30 p.m., September 15, 2010 at Evangel Temple Christian Center, Springfield, MO with burial following in the Ava Cemetery, Ava, MO. Visitation will be Tuesday, 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. September 14th at Evangel Temple. Memorials may be made to His Story Ministries, 1324 N. Washington, Springfield, MO 65802.
