Patricia "Trish" Lyn Davis

Ava, Missouri

Patricia "Trish" Lyn Davis, 66 years, 1 month, 2 days old, passed away March 21, 2023 at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, MO with family by her side.

Trish was born February 19, 1957 in Springfield, MO to George Fredrick and Betty Lou (Divan) Boring.

She was raised in the Springfield area and graduated from Kickapoo High School in 1975. She later continued her education as a medical assistant.

On November 28, 1981   Trish and Robert "Bob" Davis were united in marriage at Ava, MO by the Rev. Marvin Wray. Together, they were blessed with two sons, Josh and Wesley.

Trish worked for the Mercy Clinics (Seymour & Ava) for over 30 years before she retired in the summer of 2019. Patients and staff  loved working with her. Trish was a professional but at the same time fun and kind. Her passion was caring for people and was always about others. She enjoyed being outside creating a garden and tending her flower bed. She was a Christian and of the Catholic faith. She was at peace with her Lord. Her joy was her family and especially her grandchildren! Trish leaves a legacy of love in her family.

Trish was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Rick.

She is survived by her husband, Bob, two sons and their spouses, Josh & Brandi Bradley of Strafford, MO and Wesley & Britni Davis of Ava, MO; her grandchildren, Ashtyn, Gage, Finley, Harper and Grayson; nieces; nephews; cousins; numerous friends and a special friend, Billie.

Per Trish's request, cremation will be conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava. A Family Celebration of Life will be at a later date. Family requests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or M.D. Anderson Cancer Center (www.mdanderson.org).
