Patsy Ann Cheek, 82, of Theodosia, MO passed away September 12, 2024 at the Gainesville Healthcare Center. She was born August 20, 1942 in Theodosia to Lonnie and Brooksie (Mahan) McGinnis.

Patsy was a graduate of Gainesville High School. She began working at Mar Bax Shirt Factory in Gassville, AR where she met the love of her life. On April 20, 1973 Patsy was united in marriage to Charley Cheek. The couple were married 49 years until his passing in May of 2022. They made their home in Theodosia where they spent a wonderful life together. Patsy enjoyed working in her yard and gardening. She loved her cats and her 2 dogs.

She was preceded in death by her parents Lonnie and Brooksie McGinnis; her husband Charley Cheek and five siblings. She is survived by many special nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 18, 2024 in the Lutie True Hope Church, Theodosia, MO. Burial will be in the Lutie Cemetery.
