Patsy Darlene Lansdown, daughter of Otis "Ode" M. Whittaker and Goldie Mae (Deckard) Whittaker was born on December 16, 1938 in McClurg, MO and passed away in her home from a long illness on January 9, 2008 at the age of 69 years.
Patsy was a resident of Mansfield area since 1968 moving from the Springfield, MO. She was a housewife and homemaker. On March 2, 1957 Patsy and Floyd Lansdown were united in marriage in Seymour, MO and to this union three children were born. Patsy enjoyed working on the farm with her husband. She also enjoyed collecting baseball cards, antiquing, auctions and going to yard sales. Patsy loved being with her family and especially her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Floyd in 1998 and one brother, Quentin Whittaker.
She is survived by her three children, Mike Lansdown, Mansfield, MO, Michele Lansdown, Athens, Georgia and Joe Lansdown & wife, Jackie, Mansfield, MO, four grandchildren, Jesse, Shelby, Josie & Amos, one sister, Imogene Miller, Antioch, Washington and other relatives and friends.
Memorial service for Patsy is Saturday, January 12, 2008, 10:00 A.M. at Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO. Family requests memorials to the donors choice of charity. Online condolences may be made to www.clinkingbeardfuneralhome.com.
