Patsy Ann Mitchell

Patsy Ann Mitchell, 69 years, 8 months, and 25 days old, passed away peacefully on, December 17, 2023 at her home with her family by her side.

Patsy was born March 22, 1954 in Mountain Grove, Missouri to Eugene and Linnie (Parsons) Moore.

On February 2, 1983, Patsy Moore and Terry Mitchell were united in marriage in Hartville, Missouri.

Patsy worked at Oxford Home Health for 10 years.  She loved her clients and they became like family to her.

She liked to read, do puzzles, fishing, and going to the lake. She loved the water.  In her younger days, she loved going to Silver Dollar City.  She liked to cook.  Everyone loved her hamburgers.  She enjoyed shopping.  She especially loved her family.  She was tighter than bark on a black jack, however was always willing to help her family if Terry made her.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Paula Deckard; sister, Peggy Parsons; brother, Jimmy Moore; and great-granddaughter, Lucy Renee.

She is survived by her husband, Terry; children and their spouses, Tim and Tammy Moore, Curtis and Kathy Correll, Jaime and Toby Sanders, and Brook and Donnie Young; son in law, James Deckard; 18 grandchildren, Sara, Becky, Austin, Wyatt, Cody, Gabby, Bella, Eli, Brittany, Bo, Levi, Alyssa, Rylee, Zack, Takota, Allison, Dillon and Dalton; 17 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Troy Moore and Michael Moore; sister, Dixie Kennedy; and many other relatives and friends.

Graveside funeral services for Patsy will be Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. in the Walnut Grove Cemetery, Ava, Missouri with burial to follow.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 1:30 to 2:30 P.M. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home Chapel, Ava, Missouri.  Officiating will be Pastor Toby Sanders and Pastor Cody Sanders. Memorials may be made to The Walnut Grove Cemetery.
