Paul Samuel Evans, 80 years, passed to heaven on September 17, 2010 at his home in Theodosia, MO.
Paul was born August 27, 1930 in Toledo, MO to Arley and Martha (Stone) Evans.
He was a farmer and also had driven for the Oats Bus for 20 years.
On April 1, 2000 Paul and Florence Maggard were united in marriage in Thornfield, MO. Paul was a Christian and member of Thornfield House of Prayer. He was an Army veteran and served during the Korean War.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Bernetta, step dau. Ramona Pippin, one brother, Carl Evans and one sister Kathleen Burton.
Paul is survived by his wife, Florence D. Evans Theodosia, MO, one son, David Evans, AR, five step children, Gene Patrick, Jerry Patrick, Michael Patrick, Starla Masters and Gregery Patrick, several grandchildren, step grandchildren, several step great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Paul will be Tuesday, 2:00 p.m., Sept. 21, 2010 at the Thornfield House of Prayer, Thornfield, MO with burial in the Thornfield House of Prayer Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the Thornfield House of Prayer.
