Paul was born January 15, 1979 in Walnut Creek, CA to Paul Alfonso II and Sharlene (Albritton) Gutierrez.

Paul enjoyed his cats and living at the lake.

Paul was preceded in death by his father, Paul Gutierrez, II.

He is survived by his mother, Sharlene Gutierrez  of  Elko, Nevada, four sisters, Vonnie Hunt, Valerie Bennett, Paula Hunter, and Angelica Gutierrez, his friend and adopted dad, Franz Buddenberg of the home and other extended family and friends.

Cremation services for Paul are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO.
