Paul Edward "Eddie" Sallee

Enid, Oklahoma

Paul Edward Sallee, 74 years and 1 day old, passed in peace on April 24, 2022 at his home with his family by his side.

Eddie was born April 23, 1948 in Springfield, Missouri to Theodore "Ted" and Annavee (Thomas) Sallee.

He was baptized as a young boy in the Christian faith.

On August 18, 1989 in Orlando, Florida, Eddie and Kamie (Benkendorf) Sallee were united in marriage.

Eddie was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Kamie Sallee. He was the loving father of Eric Sallee, Scott Sallee, Angela Sallee, Kendall Sallee, Brandon Sallee, Brandi Kosh, Brian Sallee, and Devon Pelto. He was the proud papa of Nikki Sallee, Samantha Sallee, KJ Sallee, Carson Sallee, Kylee Sallee, Khloe Sallee, Riley Sallee, Link Pelto, Hayes Sallee, Emma Sallee, Urban Dawn Atchison-Sallee, Hollis Sallee, and Aiden Kosh, his siblings and their spouses; "Beaver" & Janet Sallee, Mickey Sallee & Rhonda Sallee, Tim & Tori Sallee, Kayo & Connie Sallee, Ginger & Mike Murphy, and Toby & Dani Sallee, other extended family and many friends.

Paul "Eddie" will be remembered for his love of family, country, fishing, hunting, and baseball. He was a successful business owner and entrepreneur, and a jack of all trades. He was also a proud Army Vietnam veteran and United States patron.

Funeral services for Eddie will be Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO with burial following in the Turkey Creek Cemetery with full military honors by the Troy Herd American Legion of Ava. Visitation will be  Friday, May 6 ^th from 7:00- 8:00 P.M. in the funeral home. Officiating will be Pastor Brian Letsinger. Memorials may be made to Hospice in Enid, Oklahoma, Ava Highway Nazarene Church, or the Wounded Warriors Project.
