Polly Ann Ousley, 84, of Gainesville, MO passed away October 21, 2023 at Cox South Medical Center in Springfield, MO. She was born June 13, 1939 in Ozark County, MO to Harrison and Iva (Lawson) Friend.

Polly had five children: Sue Bushong, Barbara Davidson, Robert Davidson, Rex Davidson, and Randy Davidson. On November 29, 1975 Polly was united in marriage to Wayne Ousley in Gainesville and the couple spent 40 years together until his passing in 2016. They raised their family in Alton, Winona and Ava, MO. Polly retired from Emerson Electric in Ava, MO. She continued to live in Ava for several years before moving to Gainesville. She loved flowers and always had them surrounding her home. She attended Lilly Ridge Church on Sundays. Polly loved to visit with family and friends.

She is survived by one daughter Sue Bushong and husband Mike of Gainesville, MO, one son Randy Davidson and wife Terri of Hartville, MO; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 25, 2023 in the Sallee Cemetery. Officiating will be Davin Friend. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday evening, October 24, 2023 in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home chapel, Gainesville, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to Sallee Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
