Richard "Guy" Fleetwood

Ava, Missouri

Richard Guy Fleetwood, 64 years, 2 months, 11 days old, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2025, at his home.

He was born June 1,1961, in Oregon, Illinois, to Paul and Nadine (McCaslin) Fleetwood, Sr.

Guy graduated from Ava High School in 1978. He then enlisted that year with the U.S. Air Force and reached the rank of TSGT (Technical Staff Sergeant). He served his country for 15 years.

Guy married Dianna Goss on June 24, 1978, in Ava, Missouri. During their marriage they were blessed with two daughters, Jennifer and Christina.

He enjoyed spending time with his dog, Buddy. He loved being outside in nature, anything antique, and watching the Kansas City Chiefs. Guy had a sense of humor and loved being able to tease anyone that could take it. He will be greatly missed.

Guy was preceded in death by his parents, and his two brothers, Gary and Greg.

Guy is survived by his daughters and their spouses, Jennifer and Carl Williamson, and Christina and Eric Siepker; grandchildren, Peyton Ingram, Kailynne Olson, Zayne Fleetwood, and Grayson Siepker; a sister, Becky, and a brother, Paul Jr. (P.J.).

Cremation services for Guy are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held by his family.
